Welcome to Precision On-Site Autobody. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our mobile repair services and website. By scheduling an appointment or requesting an estimate, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Mobile Service Workspace: Our técnicos require a safe and legal workspace to perform on-site repairs. This must be a private driveway, garage, or an authorized parking area. Precision On-Site Autobody is not responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to local zoning restrictions at the client's location.

2. Estimates and Pricing: All preliminary estimates provided via photo upload or phone are non-binding. Final pricing is determined after a physical inspection of the vehicle damage on-site. We reserve the right to adjust the estimate if additional damage is discovered during the repair process.

3. Appointment Cancellation: We value your time and our técnicos' schedules. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Same-Day Completion: While we strive for same-day service, extreme weather conditions or complex repairs may require additional time. We will communicate any adjustments to the timeline immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability: Precision On-Site Autobody is responsible for the specific cosmetic repairs contracted. We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical failures, structural damage, or electronic system errors outside the scope of the bodywork performed.

6. Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on our paint and bodywork under normal driving conditions. This warranty does not cover new damage, neglect, or commercial use.
